main treatment, initial symptom, age on initial symptom, year on initial symptom, location of initial lesion, symptom, ELISA, type of leprosy, bacteriologic index, morphologic index, result of biopsy, cause of administration, operation,
antileprotic
agents, regularity of antileprotics’ daministration and degree of disability.
